25-15-50-10 Budget Tracker

A budgeting app built on a configurable percentage model that defaults to the 25-15-50-10 rule. CSV import runs through a review step that suggests a category for each row and flags duplicates.

One codebase, three targets: an installable browser PWA, a Windows desktop app, and an Android app, the last two on Tauri v2.

No cloud and no accounts. Data stays on the owner's devices and syncs only between them, over the local network.
